Fun Facts:
- Jeremy Reid, Palaemus's owner, used to race Motocross. When that career didn't pan out, he decided to go to engineering school instead. Enduro riding remains an active hobby when he's not out on the boat with his family or in the Outer Banks of NC.
- Palaemus grew from an idea that occupied a few hours a week when joining the NMC, to now involving projects on both coasts of the U.S., with a focus on the third/Gulf coast in the works.
- A key recent win was Phase 1 funding and the opportunity to demo an ocean energy harvesting technology for the DoE. Palaemus is working with the DoE and its partners in academia to mature this tech, and is also in discussions with the Navy on an exciting use case. More to come!

Applying our expertise in systems engineering, electro/opto-mechanical design and integration, and underwater packaging, we work with our partners in academia and at the federal labs to deliver new sensing capabilities to the fleet.
