NMC Integrated Manufacturing Working Group

Live, In-Person this Month in Rhode Island! 

Join us for our last Integrated Manufacturing Working Group meeting of 2023! 

To collectively innovate and drive business growth as manufacturers, we invite our manufacturing members to partake in our Integrated Manufacturing Working Group. This agenda-driven working group meets formally once per month, and will focus on the following goals:

• Establish a core NMC network of manufacturing members to better align supplier capabilities with the needs of the OEM.
• Catalog manufacturing and manufacturing support capabilities into member database.
• Promote development, compliance, and readiness to alleviate OEM backlog and absorb manufacturing offload.
• Promote collaboration and industry exposure to OEMs and sub-tier opportunities.
• Improve communication between suppliers and with the OEM.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities for supply chain development initiatives.

Only NMC Member Companies (not Community Partners at this time) who are manufacturers may participate in the Integrated Manufacturing Working Group. There is an internal vetting process to ensure a standard of quality and relevance to the groups' efforts. If you register and we don't believe you are a great fit, we will reach out to you to share why. (At the same time, if you see a live, in-person meeting and are not a manufacturer but would like to attend the tour, reach out. Some of our members welcome non-manufacturers as well to the tour part of the meeting!)

This month's meeting is live, in-person at Proterial Cable America in Ashaway, RI.

You must register to attend this month's meeting, as all attendees have to be cleared at least one week prior to the meeting. If you do not register, we cannot guarantee admittance with the group.

MANUFACTURER MEMBERS: If you'd like to host an Integrated Manufacturing Working Group meeting, we welcome you to reach out to Shell to get on the schedule. You open up your facility and provide a tour for the first hour and then host the meeting for the second hour. You share how many people you can host; we take care of registration. We're looking for host facilities for 2024 meetings now.
