NMC Integrated Manufacturing Working Group

To collectively innovate and drive business growth as manufacturers, we invite our manufacturing members to partake in our Integrated Manufacturing Working Group. This agenda-driven working group meets formally once per month, and will focus on the following goals:

• Establish a core NMC network of manufacturing members to better align supplier capabilities with the needs of the OEM.
• Catalog manufacturing and manufacturing support capabilities into member database.
• Promote development, compliance, and readiness to alleviate OEM backlog and absorb manufacturing offload.
• Promote collaboration and industry exposure to OEMs and sub-tier opportunities.
• Improve communication between suppliers and with the OEM.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities for supply chain development initiatives.

Only NMC Member Companies (not Community Partners at this time) may participate in the Integrated Manufacturing Working Group. There is an internal vetting process to ensure a standard of quality and relevance to the groups' efforts. If you register and we don't believe you are a great fit, we will reach out to you to share why. While more than one contact per company may register, we ask that you communicate to ensure only one contact shows up to in-person meetings with capacity constraints to avoid having too large of a group.
